First application
Preparing the application, checking supporting documents, filing at the préfecture or through the ANEF online service.
Renewal
Anticipating deadlines, updating the file, following the application until the permit is issued.
Change of status
From student to employee status, family reunification, resident card — we identify the best route for your situation.
Appeals & litigation
If your application is refused, we support you through administrative appeals and litigation before the administrative court.

Work Permit &
Talent Passport

To work in France as a foreign national, a work permit is often required. The Talent Passport offers a simplified route for qualified profiles.

Standard work permit
For non-EU nationals wishing to work in France: CERFA forms, procedures with the DREETS, coordination with the employer.
Talent Passport
For highly qualified profiles, researchers, entrepreneurs and artists: we identify the category best suited to your profile among the 10 available.
Family package
The "private and family life" residence card for the spouse and children of a Talent Passport holder can be obtained at the same time.

French citizenship

Acquiring French citizenship is a major milestone. The process is long and demanding — we support you from checking your eligibility through to the naturalisation ceremony.

Eligibility review
Checking the requirements (residence, integration, language, criminal record) and the best route: naturalisation, declaration, or birthright.
Preparing the application
A complete, solid application is essential. We gather all supporting documents with you and draft cover letters where needed.
Follow-up until the decision
Following the file at the préfecture, responding to requests for additional documents, preparing you for the assimilation interview.
Average timeframe
Processing takes between 12 and 24 months. We optimise your application to minimise the risk of rejection or requests for further information.

What you want to know

My residence permit expires soon — what should I do?

You should file your renewal application 2 to 3 months before expiry. The receipt issued when you file lets you keep working and living legally in France while it is processed.

Can I work on a student visa?

A student visa allows you to work part-time (up to 964 hours per year, about 60% of full time). For a full-time job, you need to apply for a work permit.

What is the difference between naturalisation and declaration of nationality?

Naturalisation is granted by decree after the file has been reviewed and an interview held. Declaration of nationality is a right (e.g. for spouses of French nationals after 4 years of marriage, or for children born in France). The requirements and timeframes differ.

How long does a residence permit take to process?

Timeframes vary by préfecture and type of application. Expect 1 to 4 months in general. If there is a prolonged silence, appeals are possible.
