"Building a strong company starts with flawless legal and tax foundations."

Business creation

Starting a business is a decisive step. We help you choose the right legal structure for your project and lay solid foundations from day one.

Choice of structure
SAS, SARL, EURL, micro-enterprise, non-profit — we compare the options based on your activity, your personal tax situation and your growth ambitions.
Business plan & forecasts
Structuring your project, financial modelling, presenting to banks or investors. A professional, convincing document.
Registration & formalities
Drafting the articles of association, filing with the commercial court registry, opening a business account, registration — we handle all the paperwork.
Shareholders' agreement
Anticipate future conflicts with a well-drafted shareholders' agreement: allocation of powers, exit clauses, pre-emption, dilution.

Tax & Taxation

Tax is an often under-used strategic lever. We help you optimise your tax position within the law.

Tax optimisation
Choice of tax regime, deductible expenses, corporate vs. income tax trade-offs, executive pay — every decision has a tax impact to anticipate.
VAT & filing obligations
Bringing your returns into compliance, managing VAT regimes, support during tax audits.
International tax
For expatriates or companies operating internationally: tax treaties, transfer pricing, permanent establishments.

Litigation & Mediation

A commercial dispute can weaken a company. We help you resolve conflicts quickly — amicably when possible, in court when necessary.

Commercial mediation
A fast, amicable solution for disputes between partners, with suppliers or with clients. More economical, and it preserves business relationships.
Debt recovery
Payment orders, formal notices, fast-track procedures — we defend your financial interests promptly.
Judicial liquidation
In case of financial difficulty: amicable procedures (ad hoc mandate, conciliation), safeguard, receivership or judicial liquidation.

What you want to know

Which structure should I choose: SAS or SARL?

The SAS offers more flexibility in its articles and suits projects with several partners or fundraising. The SARL is more tightly regulated and often better suited to family businesses. The choice also depends on your personal tax situation.

I work alone — micro-enterprise or company?

A micro-enterprise is ideal for testing a low-investment, limited-risk activity. As soon as your revenue grows or you carry significant risk, switching to a company (EURL, single-member SAS) better protects your personal assets.

How does commercial mediation work?

The parties appoint a neutral mediator. Working sessions make it possible to reach an agreement within a few weeks. If it fails, the court route remains open. Mediation is confidential and non-binding until an agreement is signed.

My company is in difficulty — what should I do?

The sooner you act, the more options you have. The ad hoc mandate and conciliation are confidential procedures for negotiating with creditors. If insolvency is declared, collective proceedings (safeguard, receivership) must be opened.
